SHARON Hopwood lives in Worcestershire where she runs a boxing and martial arts gym with her husband and son. Sharon is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Free Fighting, the highest grade achieved by a female in this discipline. She cares deeply about empowering children, both mentally and physically and is the co-creator of ‘Stay Safe’ an anti-bullying programme designed for schools. Sharon’s debut picture book text, Little Mouse, Big Feelings will be published in 2023. Sharon is currently working on a middle-grade novel together with a TV series for children.
